Waiting List

Pictures will be posted on our website when the puppies are about a week old.  If we have a waiting list for upcoming litters, I will notify those on the list after we have a new litter born, and if you decide you would like a puppy, just let us know.  Please note, we will not accept deposits until the puppy turns 2 weeks old. 

Prices

Prices start at $850 and vary depending on the sex, color and quality of the puppy as well as whether the puppy is sold on limited or unlimited registration.  Contact us for further information on prices.

Deposits

A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold your puppy.  We do not accept deposits until a puppy is at least 2 weeks old and do not take deposits on upcoming litters.  The deposit is a commitment to pay for and take delivery of your new puppy in a timely manner when the puppy is ready for his/her new home.  All transactions must be paid by cash, money order, cashier's check or PayPal (PayPal add 3%). 

Puppy Pictures

Young puppies are more susceptible to viruses, such as Parvo, because they haven't had all of their vaccinations (which we typically begin at six weeks).  Parvo is known to survive on inanimate objects, such as clothing or shoes, for up to 5 months and longer, and can easily be spread.  Because of this and the spread of other viruses, we do not allow visitors to see the puppies in person until they are ready to go to their new homes.  This is for the protection of the puppy as well as to ensure the buyer gets a healthy, happy puppy.  Therefore, every weekend we take pictures of all the puppies (whether they've been sold or not) and update their pictures on our website until they go to their new home.  This way you can see your new puppy grow up, and this will also ensure your puppy's good health.  In addition to the pictures, we are always more than happy to discuss the puppy's personality, parents' personalities, potential size and personality of puppy at maturity, and any other questions you may have.

AKC Registration
All of our chins are registered with either the American Kennel Club (AKC) or the American Canine Association (ACA).  All the litters we sell are either AKC or ACA registered. You will be provided with a registration form to send to AKC/ACA to register your puppy in your name.  All AKC pet puppies are sold under limited registration.  Limited registration means that the dog is registered with AKC but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration.  In addition, a dog registered with an AKC limited registration is ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show.  In other words, we will not under any circumstances sell a puppy for breeding purposes.  We will only sell show potential AKC puppies on unlimited registration if discussed and agreed upon with us ahead of time, and this will be under a strict show contract.

Spay/Neuter

We do not require you to sign a spay/neuter contract; however, we do strongly recommend that you spay/neuter your chin to ensure they have longer, happier, healthier lives.
